Welcome to my collection of architectural and design projects. This portfolio is a journey through my passion for integrating natural processes, sustainability, and innovative design solutions. From conceptual performances to practical architectural designs, each project represents a milestone in my evolution as an architect.
- Arctic Symphony: My graduation project, Arctic Symphony, is a multidisciplinary exploration divided into four sections:
- Assembling the Arctic: A detailed look at the architectural design of Arctic Symphony, highlighting the integration of natural elements.
- Symphony of Time and Architecture: The foundational research that underpins both the architecture and performance aspects of the project.
- Performing the Arctic Symphony: A performance piece that fuses dance, music, and architecture to bring the project to life.
- Borders and Transitions: A visual essay using photography to delve deeper into the project's core ideas.
- Bounding Box Collective: As part of the Bounding Box Collective, I co-designed a winning project in a competition held by the Rotterdam municipality. Out of nine proposals we submitted, four of our proposals were selected, with my primary contribution being the "Harbour Box." This project focuses on the sustainable reuse of harbor waste materials.
- Personal design Projects: These projects showcase my adaptability and hands-on approach to architecture. They include designing a garage, a chicken coop, and a comprehensive garden layout featuring plant and landscape designs.
- Professional Experience: A selection of key projects from my work at Ebano AS / AKSIE AS, highlighting my professional growth and practical application of architectural principles.
- Student Work: A collection of additional projects completed during my studies, reflecting my development and exploration in various facets of architecture.
- Modelmaking Commissions: I had the privilege of creating two commissioned models for Dick van Gameren, the dean of the Faculty of Architecture at TU Delft. One of these models, depicting a housing compound in Meqdela Gebbi, was featured at the Venice Architecture Biennale 2023.
- Drone Photogrammetry: Recently, I've taken up drone photogrammetry as a hobby. This technology allows me to document and study landscapes and buildings from new perspectives, enhancing my design process and understanding of spatial dynamics.
